No matter what your life has been like, there is always tomorrow. You do not have to be exactly like the negatives you may have experienced in your life. In fact, the decisions you make today will impact your tomorrow. Learn to make wise decisions today that will prepare and position you for tomorrow. In other words, you must always have a vision for your life. Successful people see their success before they experience it.

Success = Vision + Execution
Daily success is what you view as a priority.
Vision is what you see happening tomorrow.
Execution is what you do today to make the vision come true.

ABOUT US
To accomplish our mission of transformation, we primarily focus our efforts in three areas: Transformation Group Mentoring, Community Partnerships, Technology & Arts. 
Transformation Birmingham has recently launched a new initiative, Responding to First Responders. 
 
This joint community partnership is designed to give back to our North Birmingham Police Precinct, while connecting the community to a joint service project.

Founded in 2014 as Metro CDC, Transformation Birmingham specializes in connecting community partners. Our heart is to see a transformed Birmingham giving life to citizens through available resources. People are our greatest resource. Therefore, we empower Change Agents to transform one life at a time. 
Transformation Birmingham, formerly Metro CDC, is a 501c (3) organization that exists to aid in the transformation of young men and women into leaders that will serve their families, communities, and state through various roles and responsibilities.
